A cooking class is a unique way to celebrate a birthday with friends, team-build with colleagues, bond with your family or just have a fun night out with people you enjoy! Select a cooking class topic from the current Two Aprons upcoming or past class offerings or we can develop a class to suit your taste (literally). Private classes for up to 12 people can be held in the Two Aprons kitchen in Lexington, in your own home or at another location.  See below for some ideas of what I offer:

SAMPLE MENUS:

Italian Home-Made Pasta:  Tomato Garlic Bruschetta, Gnocchi with Brown Butter Sage Sauce OR Spinach and Cheese Ravioli, Roasted Broccoli with Gremolata, Tiramisu

Mexican Fiesta:  Cilantro Lime Spritzers, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Mexican Tomato Rice, Chicken Mole Enchiladas OR Fish Tacos with Tomato Avocado Salsa

Middle Eastern Mezze:  Baba Ghanouj, Hummus, Pita Bread (yes, we’ll make our own!), and Dolma (stuffed grape leaves, either lamb or vegetarian).  Alternate recipes are Limonana (mint lemon slushie), Tahini Cookies and Tabbouleh.

Spanish Tapas Party:  Tortilla de Patatas (potato and onion omelette), Spicy Garlic Shrimp, Albondigas (meatballs), and Pan Con Tomato (tomato bread), plus samplings of Manchego cheese, jamon serrano and Marcona almonds

Spring Flavors (example of a seasonal menu):  Mixed Greens with Preserved Lemon & Ginger, Roast Chicken with Whole Lemon, Asparagus with Pancetta and Leeks, Lemon Posset

Note:  Most menus can be made vegetarian, gluten-free or vegan.
